Emergency Responders

Our 24 hour dispatch center uses the top of the line equipment and software to ensure the best possible customer service for our clients.

Billing department

Our billing department works directly with clients, insurance companies, facilities and more to ensure the claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Job Descriptions

The primary responsibility of the EMT is to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, provides basic life support (BLS) as needed, and transports sick or injured persons to the appropriate medical facility.

Care is always looking for qualified, enthusiastic individuals who put the clients first and are willing to join our amazing team. Each individual must have the following qualifications:

    State EMT Card

    Orange County Accreditation License (within 7 days of hire)

    Most recent version of LA County Scope of Practice

Paramedics are responsible for all aspects of basic and advanced patient care including transportation. All care will be provided within the EMT-P Scope of Practice and in compliance with local accreditation. The EMT-P personnel are under the direct supervision of the Operations Managers. The Paramedic Coordinator will provide supervision and management for those areas that are specific to the EMT-P Scope of Practice

    Meet all requirements of EMT-Basic job description

    Must be licensed by the State of California as a Paramedic, and accredited by the L.A. County EMS Agency

Provides direct patient care in the transportation of patients acting under the California Nurse Practice Act, AACN, JACHO guidelines, ACLS and PALS protocol, and Company Policy and Procedures.

    Current Califronia Registered Nurse license

    Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and ATCN/TNCC/PHTLS certification

    Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in critical/emergency care (preferably 5 years or more)

Dispatcher's are esponsible for obtaining necessary information from agencies and customers requesting service, coordinating various types of services, schedules requests to meet resource availability, dispatching the appropriate personnel in response to service requests, processing requests by field crews, facilitating information flow between administrative staff and field personnel, coordinating services and reimbursement programs with various payors, and performing assigned clerical and billing functions.

    Ability to accurately input oral information on computers

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Demonstrated knowledge of local geography of Orange and Los Angeles Counties

Under the direction of the Billing Manager, the Preliminary Billing Specialist is responsible for the review, verification and input of all Patient Care Records.

    Computer Literate/Skilled in data input

    Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology as related to patient coding
