Narrative
DRILL - DRILL - DRILL At 1400 HRS the EOC was activated for a table top training exercise to test the ability of the Orange County Strike Team Activation System. A mock scenerio was utilized which simulated the evacuation of 2 Orange County hospitals that were in the path of a possible Prado Dam collapse. Each company was advised of the activation and polled for resources that could be made available within 30 minutes and within 60 minutes.
After Action Report
There is a scheduled debriefing at 1445 hrs.
1 An ambulance strike team is composed of 5 similar type ambulances with a team supervisor deployed as a single resource.
