Narrative
As part of Fire Services Month, the LA County Fire Department held a Fire Services Day event in the City of Norwalk. In additon to displaying fire apparatus, the LACOFD brought in a fire suppresion helicopter and demonstrated repelling techniques thye use in fighting wildfires. Care EMT's displayed the ambulance and equipment to the families attending the event. They received ambulance tattoos and 911 coloring books. Everyone had a great time and the kids learned about the fire department ambulances and the 911 system.
