MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS

In the case of a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), auto insurance is considered primary over health insurance. If your auto policy does not have medical coverage, you will need to provide us with a copy of your policy and your health insurance information.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Your transport was due to a motor vehicle accident where you were NOT AT FAULT Please provide us with the following information:
  • The auto insurance information for the driver of the other car involved, including policy number
  • A copy of the police report. Please mail or fax.
  • If you have an attorney representing you on this case, please contact your account representative. We do not accept liens and do not wait for court cases to settle. As such, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible to set up a mutually agreeable and convenient payment plan for your account.

  • Your auto insurance information, including policy number
  • A copy of the police report. Please mail or fax
  • If you have no medical coverage on your auto policy, we can then bill your private insurance
